Our Story

The Mom Agency™ was born out of frustration—and fierce love. Founder Anjuli Marshall met with countless women across continents, connected by the same struggle: despite years of experience, education, and drive, they were being overlooked in the job market simply because they were moms. Some labeled “overqualified,” others dismissed for their “employment gap.”

Anjuli knew something had to change.

So she built what she couldn’t find: a global platform that champions women by connecting them with female-led companies who value real-life experience, resilience, and flexibility.

Today, The Mom Agency™ is more than a network—it’s a movement, rewriting the rules of work for women everywhere.

I started The Mom Agency™ because I was tired of watching brilliant, experienced women get passed over.

Women (especially Moms) who’ve led companies, raised families, launched side hustles, managed teams—and who are often rebuilding their careers after babies, burnout, or just a much-needed break—only to be told they’re “not the right fit.”

The truth? We’re not just the right fit. We’re the secret weapon.

I didn’t want to create another recruiting firm. I wanted to build a bridge.

Between women ready to work and founders ready to hire.

No resumes lost in portals. No explaining the gap. Just real, human connections that lead to real, paid work.

This isn’t a staffing agency. It’s a movement.

And it starts with women being seen—for everything they already are.
